Partner Workout today. The combo of weightlifting and gymnastics movements means there is something for everybody. ? The design of the Workout also means that people can play towards their strengths a little as they are allowed to switch whenever they like. One partner can rest while the other works. There are no rules on that, but to maximise time, they should both attempt to work at the same time as much as possible.
The 1min rest in between AMRAPs is so that people can reset themselves, write down any score they need to record and prep themselves for the change in movements.
If possible, pair up with similar abilitys. If that’s not possible, no problem; in those cases, there will probably be two barbells per team.
The Shoulder to Overhead can be performed with a Push Press or Push Jerk. There should be no reason why someone would need to use a Split Jerk for today.
