Workout Brief

Warm up and get cracking on the bench. We havn’t benched since before break. Spend some prep and practice time on power cleans. Make beginners-novice start from the hang.

Set the metcon clock for 20min. See how far partners can get in 20 min. They can split work however they prefer.
