Workout Brief

A little odd object, odd movement day. Monostructural, combined with some gymnastics and light loads. Not a barbell in sight. ? A good day to work on finding a calm breathing pattern

The goal for today is to do everything as unbroken as possible, while not overthinking it. There’s nothing that should limit you too much, except for possibly the pushups. It is a total of 100 reps after all. Start conservative and chip away at each round. Any workout with 10 rounds can start to weigh down on people a little, so if you start the workout moderately rather than at 100%, you will have a little left in the tank once you hit that halfway mark. After rounds 7 or 8, you should try to dig a little deeper and finish strong.

Scale the loads as needed. Nothing should feel hard; we want everyone to feel like they can do each 10 reps.
