Workout Brief

The focus today is the Bench Press series. We are working volume with sub-maximal loads. We have not done this strength movement in a while, here is your chance to see where you are at.

Max set = How many reps they can perform in a row, unbroken, without putting the barbell down.

For Part 2, on the DB Hang Snatch, choose a moderate load so that you can perform all the sets unbroken. These are done with one DB. People don’t need to alternate hands; they can do them either way.
