Our CrossFit On-Ramp typically begins the first full week of each month, but please contact us to confirm the date as occasionally we work around holidays or other events! The regular class is on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7pm-8pm and lasts for 3 weeks (6 sessions). If this doesn’t work for your schedule, ask us about alternatives!
