Introduction to CrossFit
Every new CrossFitter begins in our Intro course. You’ll train beside other beginners just like yourself and learn the correct techniques for classic CrossFit movements. This course will ease you into the intensity of the CrossFit workouts
Each one-hour class may include a specific warm-up, skill development and preparation, and workout all led by a certified coach. The workouts combine elements of conditioning, gymnastics and weightlifting aimed at helping you become a better version of yourself. Our General Physical Preparedness program is designed to improve CrossFit’s 10 general skills: cardio-respiratory endurance, strength, stamina, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy. Each day is different, thoughtfully planned and varied to keep you progressing in all areas. Our Olympic Weightlifting classes are perfect for athletes who are looking to develop explosive power, mobility, technical skill and to master the snatch and the clean & jerk. We also have dedicated space in our facility equipped with all the necessary training equipment you need to hone your weightlifting technique. Our USAW-certified coaches plan our classes and tailor them to your ability.
Olympic lifting requires flexibility, speed, power, and coordination all combined into two movements. Whether Olympic lifting is your passion or a means to improve at your chosen sport, we encourage all of our athletes to give this class a try.

Kids WODs Level 1 (Summer)
Age Group - Going into First or Second Grade
Schedule - Wednesdays, 9:30am - 10:30am (June 10 - August 23)
Price - $87 for the entire 10-week program
The Kids WODs Level 1 class is an introduction to fitness with a focus on FUN! This class will begin to teach participants physical literacy. Age appropriate movements will often be paired with a game, keeping these young kids engaged and excited. The goal of this program is to develop and improve general physical fitness in order to prepare kids to be safe in sports, and even more importantly, to promote a lifelong relationship with fitness. They will be left wishing every day was Wednesday!
Kids WODs Level 2 (Summer)
Age Group - Going into Grades 3-5
Schedule - Tuesdays and Thursdays, 11:00am - 12:00pm (June 10 - August 23)
Price - $177 for the entire 10-week program.
The Kids WODs Level 2 class is everything that's included in Level 1, but builds upon the key principals by adding new movements (mechanics), more consistency (now 2X per week), and increased intensity! Workouts are still age appropriate and should benefit those that participate in sports, as well as those who just enjoy physical activity. Not to worry, there will still be plenty of fun and games in this class!
Learn to Train WODs (Summer)
Age Group - Junior High (Going into Grades 6-8)
Schedule - Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 11:00am - 12:00pm (June 10 - Aug 23)
Price - $267 for the entire 10-week program
The workouts in the Learn to Train class are more performance based and weighted movements are introduced! The goal is to prepare the athletes for the rigors of sport, all in an age appropriate setting that will allow the athlete to thrive. WOD frequency is bumped up to 3X per week. Say hello to general physical preparedness!
Train to Compete WODs (Summer)
Age Group - High School (Going into Grades 9-12)
Schedule - Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 9:30am - 10:30am (June 10 - Aug 23)
Price - $357 for the entire 10-week program
Train to Compete has one major goal in mind - PERFORMANCE. This program will teach your teenager how to be explosive and powerful in whatever athletic endeavor they choose to participate in. Weighted compound movements will boost strength and metabolic conditioning will increase endurance. Because these WODs are constantly varied, participants will learn to love the 4X per week frequency. This group will be encouraged to track their performance, and the results at the end of the 10-week program will speak for themselves.
