For the whole team, add Thruster load + meters farmers carried + metres accumulated on the Rower. So, they will add their three scores together to make one score.
Workout Brief
Fun team workout today; actually, it’s an individual workout combined into a team workout. Sometimes, it is just nicer and more fun to suffer with friends. Plus, if you know that your score is going to contribute to a greater cause, you try a little harder — you lift a little more, you row a little more…
Fitness: Everything remains the same, just be aware of your Thruster positioning and adjust the movement as needed, especially if you go too heavy and start moving out of position.
Warm Down
1-2min Hanging face down on the GHD,
then:
1-2min Lying with feet up the wall — Switch up the leg positioning: toes together, split position, bottom of the feet touching (like cross legs almost).
