The Fast and the Furious (Time)
15 Jumping Pullups
We love this workout for its simplicity and accessibility. It is one of the Benchmark Workouts that a lot of people will be able to do as Rxd or even Beyond Rxd. Think Helen.
For those repeating the workout, if you performed the Rxd category and got well over 12min, then scale a little. If you got well under 12min, step it up to the Beyond Rxd category.
Rxd: The goal is to try do everything as unbroken as possible. People who are on the cusp of doing big pullup sets should break them up into smaller sets and have less rest. Mentally, this will help get over the hurdle of having 15-20 per set. If people are in this situation, you need to go fast on the burpees and pullups to make up for time lost in the pullups.
Fitness: This is a great Benchmark workout for everyone, but especially newer people. They can easily perform the movements, and the volume is such that the next time you perform this workout, you will CRUSH your original time, which is always fun to see.
Perform 5 or so reps of lower back and hip stretch (without partner), holding for about 10sec each rep
