New Class! Beginning in January of 2017
This class is an exercise program for 40+ individuals who desire to be the best versions of themselves. Under the direction of a certified coach our Longevity program balances functional movements that are purposeful, varied and safe. We welcome all fitness levels for anyone over the age of 40. If your looking to improve your functional fitness and become harder to kill under the guidance of a coach, this program is for you.
