Each one-hour class may include a specific warm-up, skill development and preparation, and workout all led by a certified coach. The workouts combine elements of conditioning, gymnastics and weightlifting aimed at helping you become a better version of yourself. Our General Physical Preparedness program is designed to improve CrossFit’s 10 general skills: cardio-respiratory endurance, strength, stamina, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy. Each day is different, thoughtfully planned and varied to keep you progressing in all areas.
