Workout Brief

High squatting volume today combined with running and double unders makes for a big lower body day! The intention was to give the shoulders a little break after yesterday’s shoulder overload.

We like the style of this workout. Perform a set of work in 5min. Everyone is used to doing work on the minute but it is rare we use every 5min.

Scaling

Everyone

Front squats: Scale load as needed. One unbroken set is ideal.

Double unders: For Rxd, scale to 80 single unders.

Warm Down

With time remaining, for those who performed yesterdays workout, roll out your forearms/biceps with a barbell and lats with a foam roller.
